Good yarn on Jaxson Rahme! A couple of take-outs from this ...

He's referred to as a lock/middle so the club must see him as that despite playing a bit of edge for the Knights last season in NSW Cup.

His train & trial contract is just for the pre-season. He has to earn being re-signed for the full season. I wonder if that is the same for all the T&Ts we have. Certainly would motivate them to rip in during pre-season to make a full season T&T.

Sounds like a good addition to our wider squad. With 2 season of Cup under his belt at the age of 20, he will most likely be ready for a call up sooner (although won't be eligible until rd 10) than some of our Top 30 members.

Seems like we are making a few good moves to get more out of players in the pre-season with them working for extended contracts and I like the fact 5 players got breach notices for not meeting standards.

Bulldogs did the exact same last year with some players. Jackson Topine and RFM told to leave as they didn't like the training. Then dogs improve instantly. Standards shifting throughout the club is the start of change

what we have got is no improvement in the points differential and again another season of our best players leaving.

a good indicator if Benji can coach or not will show in his relationship with Luai.if that grow's cold. Its back to the drawing board for a new coach
