It’s not a meal replacement, it is supposed to be on top of your normal diet, (If you’re trying to bulk up), Including, extra protein, large weights, low reps and little cardio.

I think he’ll end up in the Barrett, Burton mould of five eights when he grows into his body but with more skill. He’ll run over people who don’t commit to the tackle.

Doueihi could be a smokey for wing (our very own Lomax, strong, good in the air and won’t be found out in defence as much there - potentially) until Makasini (or possibly Taylan May) comes into the team mid-season.

As a Staines critic I hope he has a big off-season. Had a pretty serious injury two years back and I think he played too light last year. If he’s a zero impact player this year put him out to pasture.

That one wasn't deceptive. Weekes got within a whisker of him then Doueihi ran away. Weekes kills him over 20 metres, but the reference was Oates, and I think Doueihi is faster than Oates.

Speed is king. Everyone should be doing sprint training even forwards.
