Origin is definitely on the way out I think … I got nothing personal against Slater, but he has overacted here …there used to be some theatre in the media that got played up before the game … Gallen for one copped way worse than this…. But now no one will be game to say anything anymore ..

Exactly the same, personally think it's a total waste of time. It's been completely sanitised from what it used to be. Used to love the guys belting eachother added theatre, passion and drama. Now it's just another game that completely dominates league for 6 weeks. Can't wait for it to end.

It’s also like Xmas. The day after game 3, it’s totally forgotten about again for a year.

It was only a couple of years ago that guys were getting KO’d everywhere. Game 1 was lame but I think the series still has wow factor.

Generally you have some idea that something is a miss if you start an investigation. You kind of have an idea. Or do authorities just go and start investigations at random. Let’s investigate you for murder. Sure we have nothing now, but who knows what we could find.

The Roosters can’t fart without someone putting tin foil on. They’ve just released Young and Smith, plus Manu last year. But signing another marquee player has to be suss.

It's not as exciting as it was years ago you can blame the modern-day defense for that it is so good amongst the elite, I will still watch it though hoping Romey has a blinder.

It’s odd the coaches thought a bloke like Porter was big enough last year for a dozen games last year… but not this year

If players were picked on size alone Royce would be first picked unfortunately everything else about his form atm is beyond disappointing.
