You're right in that not everyone makes it, but you keep as many as you can as long as you can to maximise your odds. You then need to be good at identifying talent within and without of that group.

The Warren and Tim show just signed them all up to overs too early, on too-high a tier contract (often with guaranteed Top 30) and hence we've found ourselves trying to dig out of it for the last few years.

It is THE reason why depth has been an issue. There's no room for decent replacements because those who have been available in the squad when needed are not even in the conversation about being ready, much less ready to step up and do a job.

Mate when other clubs are coming for them and your the sh!tt club of the comp you have to offer up something for them to stay

Would you rather play Flegg for the Tigers with no door to first grade or play Flegg for the roosters with no door way but a great club well managed and look after you at every level

I can show you backrowers with more missed tackles that are far better. Go have a look at Hudson Youngs missed tackles. He's in the top 30 in the NRL. Twal barely misses too...origin level you think?

That’s great. Ever notice how anyone who refuses to think anything negative never hesitates to belittle others who don’t see things their way? Meanwhile, I’ve never judged anyone for wanting to see nothing but positives. Btw I’ve been told to be patient since 2011 🙄

We alsonto pick up Adam Reynolds. To suggest Benji favours one race over another is ridiculous.

The Warriors are also mostly poly...coming 4th. I mean it's ludicrous the connection you're making and in the same breath you spout El-Zakhem, Khan-Pereira and Fermor as players that willl move the dial.

We have picked the best players available. Like it or not the NRL is more than 50% poly and aboriginal. Not that many elite white guys running around compared to the polys.

I wish we had more Indigenous players.
I have Indigenous heritage myself and our lack of Indiginous players and at times lack of opportunity given to Indigenous players coming through our juniors and pathways is an entirely different topic, but one I can assure you does not go unnoticed within the Indigenous rugby league community.
I’m not saying this is in anyway deliberate from a Wests Tigers point of view, but more needs to be done in this area if we are to keep up with the systems out in place by nearly all other clubs.
