I wouldn’t be surprised if the Roosters let Lenui go and he ended up here.

He doesn’t seem to fit their culture and Whyte has really kicked on as a starter this year. Foketi and Steep have featured in their middle rotation this year. Both Butchers have also played in the middle this year and they still have both the Va’a brothers coming through.

Perhaps they have players identified. They're not going to make a public announcement in the run down to the finals. We've had some great signings and a couple of excellent decisions not to re-sign players. I am optimistic we will see some quality players arrive at Concord.

If they sign a player ,…I don’t see why not…Trey Mooney has just been confirmed going to the Knights

I also can’t believe there has been no announcement about Taylan May …they drag the chain

We always fall into this trap...if we don't hear something within 3 weeks of a previous signing, everyone is freaking out.

The management has proven, they will be selective and they are constantly moving in the player market behind the scenes.

Not many of our signings have hit the papers before we've announced them barring the Kai Pearce-Paul and Taylan May signings. KPP management probably leaked that in the requested swap for TDS and Taylan May was quite vocal about playing with his brother. Nothing from our club though.

NAS is tough as hell. Mopped the floor with 5 guys in Bali a few off seasons ago.

Mopped 13 Tigers in Melbourne a few months back too but an incredibly risky buy. One swinging arm and six weeks of the season is over.

I couldn’t agree more …but you can’t go and pick these guys up at the supermarket either … provided they are trying to get these guys ….thats about all we can expect …

Ehh...maybe in the past. We seem to attempt to cut our losses pretty quickly these days...Bird, Hunt...being shopped around...I have more faith they'll get it right these days.

Mal Meninga was saying assistants have more contact with players then head coaches.

New head coaches shouldn't be judged until after 6 years.

Similar to a tradie really cannot be judged until 2 years p post apprenticeship completion.

If AOB has more contact with our blokes its a no from me

Have a feeling we offered Mooney a packet and Knights had to up their deal to keep him. I think we did it for that very reason too. Tigers and Knights backrooms are not friendly atm.
