Just been speaking to a player manager who has a player at the Knights. All the Knights players are off O’Brien apparently and they are happy he is leaving. Blake Green is well liked apparently.

When you combine the goss on O’Brien with the fact he is managed by Isaac Moses you could put a line through him at the Tigers hopefully. O’Brien may find it difficult to get a job for a while unless it is with another Isaac Moses “managed” club.

He will probably have a job next year at manly

for our sake hopefully not because he’s the most experienced coach we have and has done a pretty good job of our defence, but I don’t see benji standing in his way for a head role

AOB is probably a decent coach … he took his very mid team to the finals 4 times in six years … but even with this success Knights fans have been saying for years he has to go …

And to think some people here complained when Madge got the punt …lol ..

Ponga carried the team into the finals on several occasions. They have been awful this year with a good enough roster

This is a very Wests Tigers conundrum.

Like, weirdly, sure we have only made the finals 3 times, but each of those times we were in the Top 4 and were as good as any team in the comp. Our team in 2010 took both grand finalists to the absolute limit. We won in 2005 and in 2011 we choked after that streaker fiasco.

There is this kind of Matt Elliott, Adam O'Brien, Rick stone flavour of coach that often make the finals or whatever, but they get smashed after one match against a top 4 team and drop out straight away. We've never really had that as a club.

I think most fans here would actually prefer crashing out the finals more often than not over being red hot for 2 seasons every 20 years.

10 ,11we were shafted. Anasta split the scrum - game over , Next Jeremy Smith run shotgun over us (illegally)and when we fought fire with fire we got penalized. Im still peeved about missing out on those GF's ,but placated to an extent that the powers that be helped get us that far. Our tern will come again -1day
