Ozempic and other peptides like Reta would probably hurt athletic performance as you lose a good chunk of muscle mass aswell, because you just don’t eat at all

I have already apologised for my mistake thinking it was Haywood when in fact it was Lanyon.
Lanyon was short and stocky and didn't show any speed whatsoever.
IMO wrong body shape for an 80 min. dummy half with darting runs thrown in.
Manese has a proven track record at Manly as a hooker and [from the photo] looked pretty fit and willing so I am hoping it comes to fruition.
Lanyon had none of that look about him and is way down the hooking pecking order apparently.
Having said that, he looks like he would be way down the pecking order for any other position as well.

Pole is our next task in resigning he has settled in well and will only get better, thankfully the days of “starting 13” overhauls are over and we are locking up guys that have shown something.
I like the addition of Averillo Mann and Brailey considering we have been exposed for depth.
Schiller could be a good addition although I only remember his clangers.

Manese has lost a lot of muscle mass and looking very straight out of parklea (understandably).. will be interesting to see where he can get his body. My First thoughts are im unsure body wise if he still a 9? Obviously more questions than answers at the moment, but recent media written and video he looks like he in a very good head space which you would assume at a minimum will be very good for the 3 bros. If he can lock himself into the 17 would be a cheery on top and could result in something special. From my view where i am a bit bored with the NRL and wests tigers in general I have a lot of time from him and would be very exciting seeing him back. That would be a pretty crazy story

He is a tackle breaker and has good pace which we need. If he can remove that mistake from his game he would be a good NRL back.
Weekes and Savage had a mistake in their game but Stuart stood by them and both have come on well.

In Lanyons debut match this year for us, I thought he played ok, didn’t miss to many tackles and gave reasonable service out of dummy half to what I can remember. I was thinking he needs to get his timing better, and I suppose that comes in more time in the NRL and adjusting to the pace of the game.

Lanyon and players of similar ability will be in the NRL consistently with the expansion of the competition.

TBH,neither player were as impressive as TDS at same age,but that ship has sailed.
Api still good for another year maybe two at reduced minutes..we have an aging Braily as a back up..and its up to the two young blokes to make their mark and stand up
We need better than Simpkin or Liddle in what is a key position
Manese wont be playing NRL in 2027...he is/was as talented as any of the above,except Api(who he did push out of Eagles)

Still has got the talent, that’s why he is in a green and gold jersey. When fully fit usually picked first in any team he represents. Lazy grub, it’s all part of his game to get under the skin of his opponents. I would have him in a Wests Tigers jersey if it was a chance of happening and price was right.

That depends on who he is playing I think.
Seen some games he has had a blinder
( Knights this year ) and I’ve seen him have a few shockers as well. Lability about spending money on him I totally agree with going by his injuries the past few years, but I would risk it.
