Not a horrible side in my opinion. Isn't gonna set the world on fire, but neither has this years.

Im actually a fan of the Brooks/Reynolds combo. An organising half with a running 5/8th. Benefit is that Reynolds can defend. It would be good to only have a defensive deficiency on one side of the field.

I am with you on this 100%… He has passion that we need and even though I was not a fan before now I would love him here..

I actually think Mbye will be the one the Dogs want to offload. They will try and keep Reynolds. With the Sharks trying up Townsend, Cronk doesn't have a home and he should be the number 1 priority.

I think possibly both mbye and reynolds will be shopped. Close to 3mil in the front row? Definitely need to cull a few!!!

I am sure Cleary has a plan. This scenario was probably given to him in the interview process as a question of how he would handle it.
He's only been here a short time and every step he has taken is one that is positivevand in the right direction.
In Cleary we have a coach who knows what to do.

Hopefully Cleary comes through with the goods and we have some decent signings over the coming weeks. Seems however, that we are throwing money at every unsigned marquee player who either resign with their current club or an alternative to us.

Well they have Tolman, Graham, Kasiano, Klemmer and now Woods, that is a lot of money on props.
Klemmer is on big dollars, Graham on 1 million back ended next year, Woods on $900k, Tolman and Kasiano are not cheapies either.

I used to think Foran wasn't an organiser either but turns out he is. DCE has apparantly struggled with him gone as Foran did most of the organising and Evans just played off that. Then Foran took over Parra with Norman playing off the back of his organising, and now Johnson is doing the same. Its hard to see, but all reports suggest he is one of the best organisers going around. He brings out the best in his other half no matter who it is.

I think that there will be quite a number of players at most clubs being shopped around. Gus Gould on his twitter account that Penrith were planning for a cap of $9.3M - $9.5M.

The NRL have informed everyone today that the cap will be $9.14M. The RLPA have said that it is still in negotiations. Wonder why? Their members are going to suffer because of over anxious NRL clubs rosters.
