Old news been out there for a while.

So just a continuation of what we're already doing.
That's not encouraging at all.

The left field play is the Gus / Griffin feud sees Grffin leaving and Gus saying how wrong he was about Ivan and how much he would love him back at Penriff to coach his son to GF win.

If Griffin goes I think Cameron Ciraldo will be the next coach of Panthers.

The good news is
With Grant going elsewhere we have to sign someone new
Ivan knows he must sign a top line forward to replace Grant
You would think he must be lining up someone

Bryce Gibbs too!

With Grant going to Penrith that would give them 9 props next year
Surely they will release one or two
They need money to re sign Cleary
My guess is they signed Grant on a low cost deal
To replace a prop they can no longer afford
Kikau ? Off contract at end of 2019
Maybe an early release is on the cards
This will free up some much needed money to re sign Cleary

Do not see Ivan the type of person to walk out on the club and let the players club and fans down he has to much self respect to much pride and I don't think he would ever be scared of hard work or doing the heavy lifting
I think he enjoys working hard

I think he left the warriors for Penrith whilst under contract

Deal is already done. Oliver Clark

I think there is a good chance Ivan would already know if Nathan was going to join the Tigers , if he was Maybe we will hold out on Buying players until this is announced , it may grab the attention of other players who may be looking at coming to the Tigers but are waiting to see who jumps on board first and who we let go
2019 players to go
Tim Grant , gone
Benji , Maybe gone
Robbie , Maybe gone
Etc

Nathan may well do his old man a favour and say I'm staying at Penrith , or other , you best start buying now for the next few years as this will be good all round at the Cleary house and our club , I still think we are in with a chance for Nathan but other top players I'm not sure who we can attracted

I was reading news.com nrl this morning and they had an article on Corey Oates,he will leave the Broncs to play second row with someone else…his prefered position...

I think Ivan should take a very good look at him seeing we need a strong running backrower....

Don't know how much he is worth but we do have cap money for next year....I know he has been mentioned here before, but he strongly suggests that he would leave the club he loves to play backrow at another club.....

I'd give him a go in the second row can't be any worst that the other we have, except for Rowdy.
I wish we could clone Rowdy's ticker into some of these other so called "Beasts".
I wonder if Stem cell injections would help, it worked on Sharron and eddy knees?

I reckon Oates and Rowdy would be a great backrow combination…..just my opinion though...

For Oates to put his hand up for 2 nd row, he must believe that he can take the contact and be able to become aerobically fit enough, I’d try him, least we know he will try.

We are not challenging for a premiership anytime soon but this side is outperforming the rabble we had with Woods, Teddy, Moses and Brooks for the last 3 years.

The next two off seasons are the biggest in the clubs history since Sheens was appointed in 2004\. Sheens set the club up well for close to a decade for our standards we we’re never far away from finals. I’m hoping Cleary can do the same with us he has history in getting the job done.

It didn't work out well but at tbut e time it looked promising. Young blokes that looked like they had the world at their feet. We've got no one like that now.
Solid first graders is the best we got. I don't see where the optimism comes from except blind faith.

I have faith in the coach. We also have locked up our pathways from Concord to the Southern Highlands. I like the long term strategic approach.

Our last 2 months of footy have been poor which is the case when the whips start cracking our lack of talent shows. Effort can’t win games against better teams on paper when they are desperate. Sadly even the Titans, Raiders have more talent.

What's news on the pathways front? I really need something to cling to atm.

This only helps a bit. We need to focus on the kids in SW Sydney and make sure we secure the best young players there are. We would currently rank last out of all Sydney clubs in terms of both the attractiveness to prospective juniors and success rate in signing the best young local players.

As long as we keep losing the best local kids to the Roosters, Eels, Panthers etc it doesn't really matter about having a pathway for players in the southern highlands. The volume is vastly different.

It's good to cover regional areas - don't get me wrong but we need to get our backyard in order first.
