Not much quality out there, in all honesty Konrad Hurell would be a good signing if the coast release him also liked the aggression from Hipgrave on the weekend.

The way I see it is we will finish 9-11th this year, top 8 in 2019 and challenge for the premiership 2020 onwards for a decade.
We need the COE to be built and build our memberships and off field revenue. To a point where we attract talent. Most coaches with this roster would be running bottom 4.
Sounds like a plan, best one I have seen in a while, hope it works
Problem is most coaches won’t get the time to see this out. Hopefully we roll with Cleary and don’t panic. WT have invested in pathways heavily so we need most of our players coming from within with only a few recruits.

Lmfao to Manah, no one wants that guy, he is already retired.
So you're saying we're interested?
No, I doubt that very much
4 year deal, leadership group.
@ said:Honestly I don't think we're ever gonna get anywhere with the squads we assemble. I know give it time, new culture, re-building phase blah, blah, blah. Same story trotted out every year, sick of hearing it!
We will always just be making up the numbers on the field. If there's any compensation we're one of the best clubs off the field though, with regards to promoting charities and community stuff and whatever. Maybe that's our true calling, we should just become a charity!

@ said:@ said:If we have signed anyone from next year on when can it be released to public , it's a big if but up to 6 new faces we need to get a finger out and start buying
Don’t hold your breath next year already looks bleak!
@ said:@ said:@ said:@ said:That's what I was thinking :frowning:
Surely you would want to play under Cleary than Arthur..I don't understand it..
Ferguson , Hayne , Moses , Norman …
There is a pattern emerging ...
Even so ...:brick:
Yeah, they certainly are putting together a tremendous team of knobs.
But even the knobs don't like us.

@ said:@ said:@ said:@ said:They are not Ivan type.'the star of the team is the team' style players..
I think Ivan has to copy South's all those year's ago and buy a Roy Asotasi South's payed big overs but it was the kick start
He did.
Josh Reynolds
Josh is no Roy when South's pick up Roy he was a beast

Save that. You can post it every season just by updating the years

Hope not. I have more faith in the club currently probably since Sheens was appointed. We have been a basket case on and off the field since 2013 something long term has to be put in place not just buying a team to win now but setting up long term success. Panthers are probably the best example.

Isn't that why we never sign any Manly players!

I had faith when Potter was here and Moses, Brooks and Tedesco looked likethe next big things.
I see nothing at the club at the moment.

We are not challenging for a premiership anytime soon but this side is outperforming the rabble we had with Woods, Teddy, Moses and Brooks for the last 3 years.
The next two off seasons are the biggest in the clubs history since Sheens was appointed in 2004\. Sheens set the club up well for close to a decade for our standards we we’re never far away from finals. I’m hoping Cleary can do the same with us he has history in getting the job done.
