There could be way more interesting stuff coming out of Brisbane than TPJ being sacked very soon.

I think so, Staggs wanting out is just the tip of the iceberg, we look like a well run club after reading all the tid bits

Surely as you said Roosters would have to be favourites.

I don't think we would necessarily be a good fit for us atm, it doesn't sound like he'd lead or pack or transform, s with his top notch work ethic. But maybe we can sniff around wherever he is going to end up and help by pinching one of their players. Manly and Roosters have a few I'd love to snare. Doggies, not so much, maybe Elliot.

Id take TPJ. I dont care if he struggles to pass the no DH policy. Im happy for a few if it helps us win games. No point having a team full of angels.

How many props would you have in the 30? I’m guessing if you have the right bookends then, enough to allow for suspensions.

Pretty sure Warren Ryan used to say six props. 2 suspended, 2 on the bench and 2 on the field. ( it may not have been Wok, but someone said it)

I’d sign him in a heart beat. Madge type player.
Throw him in with Aloai, Blore, Utoikamanu, Luciano, Mikalele and you have one brutal forward pack. Throw in Brandon Smith as well.

He is a risk. Was breaking the covid bubble in a barber run by bikies, constantly suspended. Good player when he decides to play, but he’ll do some great things then 5 mins later he’s being lazy

There are about 3 barbers run by bikies around me. Besides we are at the pint we need to take a punt on someone. He may not have many options if he is sacked so the price may be right

Easts have a stack of backrowers, and on good dollars too, if they push Crighton out to fit him in then even better, but if we could try get TPJ and Staggs as a package it might be doable as they might stay together, interesting times ahead. We need our recruitment team on their A game now, things are going to happen fast

For sure, I'd push hard. I might think he may not be the best fit atm, but really, that's what coaches are for and if Madge couldn't turn him around Madge shouldn't be our coach.

Landing him would be huge for us, and would definitely improve our side and our ability to land the big names. Definitely go hard. For him and Staggs, love it!

TPJ has been suspended for 36% of the broncos games in the last 18 months.

NRL.com reporting no definite decision on his future at the club has been made, but Peter Badel who reported he’s getting the boot is normally on the money
