It doesn’t. I think you have confused the little comment under his photo as being attached to the middle of the article. It isn’t. It specifically states that it’s his brother who is stood down.

He has been playing Flegg since coming across, it looks like they are trying to bond a group together and then bring them up grades together as a pack.

Nice idea. Definitely easier to join a first grade squad if you have at least one other person that you know who is joining at the same time. I get the feeling that Reece Hoffman was only here to help Simpkin along.
