Who speaks for the effected clubs at NRL level where there has been a perceived error by referes?
Is it the CEO, coach or who .... ?
And why are the club members never told of the outcomes of any follow-up process, like injuries etc.

Yeah, I've seen those and most of the things I want to hear explained are not even mentioned.

Apparently Souffs are going to fight the charge and to seek a downgrade and just cop a fine .

I have so little faith in the NRL judicial process it wouldnt suprise me if the filth of the league succeed. They seem to be a protected club

Looking at the video, The scumbag LM leads with his elbow at Nofo head, no way can the NRL downgrade this, it 100% intentional.

What about this coward shot on Josh Reynolds last year? I’m surprised he’s still got a contract?

Great for insomniacs

Got the feeling that JTJ isn't a fan of Latrell, everytime he got the ball JTJ went after him, could be wrong. Also thought JTJ really had a go and is getting back to his best, hope so.

Wests Tigers coach Michael Maguire has revealed he plans to follow up the NRL over a number of controversial moments during his side's loss to South Sydney.

Maguire's frustrations come on the back of two separate incidents involving South Sydney fullback Latrell Mitchell, who is facing a four-week ban for a high shot on winger David Nofoaluma that occurred during the first half

Mitchell, who was placed on report for his incident with Nofoaluma at the time, found himself in hot water again, when he appeared to kick forward Luke Garner late in the second half of the match.

But Mitchell's incident with Garner went unnoticed at the time and South Sydney, who were trailing by eight points, moments later received a penalty as the momentum in the game shifted.

Maguire after the match said it was a "massive" momentum changer as he called on the NRL to look at more ways for the bunker to intervene. The Tigers coach also pointed out that he felt Mitchell made contact with the sideline when had the ball just moments before the incident with Garner occurred.

And today he doubled down on his comments, revealing he plans to follow up on Saturday's incidents with NRL head of football Graham Annesley.

"Yeah definitely [we will speak with the NRL]," Maguire told Triple M

"As a club, they're supportive of everything that we're doing.

"No doubt the club, myself and Graham Annesley will be chatting about why those decisions weren't adjudicated at that moment in time, in what they should have been.

"We have the technology to make those decisions at that moment in time, they need to be made in the correct manner."

I would love to see somebody like Jim Comans in charge of the judiciary again. He was appointed to "clean up" the game and he did so with complete impartiality and fairness. If you were doing thug acts when you went to the judiciary you got what you deserved. There was none of the grade 1 2 3 rubbish there is today where the prescribed suspension is limited by the level of charge.
It was far simpler and fairer in those days

Latrell is fighting his charge
If this mug successfully fights his 4 week charge and only gets a week I will be absolutely livid
It will well and truly show the absolute bias towards certain clubs and players
The nrl says it wants to clean up the game well lets see it
I will be real passed if he gets anything less then the 4 weeks
Latrells elbow/forearm was much more dangerous then the Coat hanger tackle of Hetherington
Latrell gets 3 to 4 weeks Max for an elbow and a Malicious kick towards someone's face
Hetherington 5 to 6 weeks for a coat hanger
Nofoaluma was hurt more
Garner could have lost his eye
And Latrell wants 1 week maximum
Come on
Who does this bloke think he is
God ?

Bloke is an idiot.
Majority of his tackles are questionable and should result in a penalty if it was anyone not called Latrell Mitchell.
Protected species!

If he succeeds with the NRL 'judiciary' appeal to the NSW courts and lodge an injunction seeking to prevent him return to the field and the NRL judiciary hear any more cases until the concept of fairness of result is tested in a true court.

Problem for us is it doesn’t really matter what happens now because our chance for “justice” has gone. We don’t receive any compensation whatsoever.
