Thats total BS.No one goes to Campbelltown, even when we're winning. They pack Leichhardt out even when we're losing.
I don't think the locals are engaged with the club and with good reason. Everything is all about the inner west. I think they need to pick an area and run with it.And what do you think those issues are? 🤔
8,000. LO averaging 13,000 this season. Do the math.Thats total BS.
Tigers fans were still in their delusional stage early in the season.8,000. LO averaging 13,000 this season. Do the math.
They'll happily grab the juniors thodon't think dogs would want to play at campbletown
It’s only been about a year and a half since the tigers started giving a shit about the south west… south’s players were at the ground on junior games giving hand outs for gods sake.. it’s going to take time to win them back. The juniors and fans have been neglected out here for a long time.12k isn't a good crowd either though. I think they have issues out there above our position on the ladder
Now here is a fan/member with clear and sensible forward thinking 👍 🙂.I was one of the 8k and got to witness Alex Twal score his try in person, so that was worth sitting out in the cold with the soon to gain knowledge that we could not mark up a winger to allow him to score 4 tries.
I love Leichhardt oval to watch our games from the hill with the atmosphere, however Campbelltown has so much room with the athletics track to build a massive stadium with access to the train network that could make sense to build out there
I am not local to Campbelltown but the area would thrive with this investment and infrastructure for sports and entertainment ( Commbank stadium size ) which we could utilise.
I agree with you 💯 👍 🙂I don't think the locals are engaged with the club and with good reason. Everything is all about the inner west. I think they need to pick an area and run with it.
Yes they certainly will innsaneink, if we dont as @gallagher said "get the locals engaged with the club".They'll happily grab the juniors tho
We're the Wests Tigers Blaze...Wests, not norths or souths or easts, and that means Campbelltown. It’s only been about a year and a half since the tigers started giving a shit about the south west… south’s players were at the ground on junior games giving hand outs for gods sake.. it’s going to take time to win them back. The juniors and fans have been neglected out here for a long time.
The crowd numbers don't lie!Thats total BS.
Socio-economic demographics are the major obstacle!I don't think the locals are engaged with the club and with good reason. Everything is all about the inner west. I think they need to pick an area and run with it.
tha this why we need the junior academy out there at campbletownThey'll happily grab the juniors tho
Campbelltown is averaging just under 10,000 this year. The crowds are declining at both grounds as the team continues to lose. Leichhardt crowds fell from 14000 to 13000 to 12000 over 3 games. Campbelltown started with 10000 then rose to 11000 and then fell against melbourne to 8500. Its hardly impressive from either ground. I really couldn't care less where they played as long as they just start winning consistently.8,000. LO averaging 13,000 this season. Do the math.
Yeah, the clock is ticking. They need to start winning pretty soon.Campbelltown is averaging just under 10,000 this year. The crowds are declining at both grounds as the team continues to lose.
