Mentions they are looking at private funding to upgrade which will be quicker than public funding
Might lose a few bucks dumping the big venues but a good move overall. That said, Leichhardt desperately needs upgrading. I read somewhere that the club will need to look to private investors to bankroll this after our old mate Dom and his buddies forgot about a promise to contribute to fixing up Leichhardt but had no trouble remembering (surprise surprise) to kick in for a new Penrith stadium (in one of his former colleagues electorates) that nobody needed.

Getting rid of parramatta stadium is a big one for me. That place is a hole and it was always going to be parra s home regardless of what spin they put on it.

Best thing ever imagine you could push for top 8 next year and not just finishing up 9th this year home ground is such a big advantage

Now, we need to play under the one strip and name, all the way down through the grades.
I would also prefer one home ground, but we are a JV and think 5 each is fair and the tamworth game is about grass roots.
But the magic round for the silver spooner donkeys is a bit hard to take. I wanna magic round at our two home grounds. Imagine that a Tigers festival weekend with all games at the 8th and 9th wonders.

This is another bad move. I thought most home games next year were going to be at Campbelltown?? Why 5 at Leichhardt? Unless they are not going to upgrade it so it needs to go. Manual scoreboards are an embarrassment. Play trials there.
Our future is in the South West. Campbelltown is getting an upgrade (be it small). Its 2023 and we need to get with the times. If we start winning games Campbelltown will sell out every week. FACT

I happen to like the manual scoreboard at Leichhardt, how is it an embarrassment?
There are plenty of other things that need updating, the scoreboard is part of the character of the stadium.
