Starford To’a #253

I liked when Galvin put him through a hole and a cramp got him 😂

Returning from doing his hammy bombing a try.

A true Wests Tiger.

It appears he’s done his other hamstring and will miss the rest of the season.
I would say he was playing injured for a fair portion of last nights game as he’s much better than what he showed.
The issue is his constant injuries, we need the fit & healthy version.

Get rid of him , injury prone dud
He got extended till 26 after one good game, and has regressed ever since, and then throw in the injuries, it’s looking like another reggie who has a long contract on 1/2 a mil or more. He’s not going anywhere soon, and he can’t stay on the park, so no one’s gunna come knocking.
He’s also another one who could do with some vitamin D in his game.

Good reggies player average very average guest grader... We've had heaps of these

@GNR4LIFE I think most of our players would go better in a better team... Our coaching and the crurenat this club has been abysmal, for years..... That's if they really want success or are just happy being just another 'nrl player'

I sometimes wonder
I think to it shows that we keep hiring "guest Graders" rather then Journeymen.

I see other clubs hire with a target in mind "we are weak at hooker, we look at the NRL and target player X". We are taking way to many people based off "potential" and not "here is the role we want you to play in this team".

Clearly we need a solid backrow. But we have Toa, Naden, AD, Staines and a bunch of people who have massive ? on them and huge ??? on their defense. Only Olam I see as a guy who can offer anything in bulk to our backrow (and he has a ? on the big D, but at least he is solid enough of a battering ram to make an attacker think twice0.

Can we just hire NRL Average Journeymen for a little bit. People who at least take the field?

Interesting to hear Benji speak so highly of To'a in the presser tonight. Said how he has seen things from him on both sides of the ball that he hasnt seen from many centres. Hinted he has been playing injured previously.

Think he has pulled together a really nice string of games this year. Made Bradman look pretty poor today.

I've never really liked him.
This year though, he's out to make a statement.

Seems to love mixing it up and trying to out do his opposing centre.

Bit of a goer to be fair.
This is the wraps I heard about him in junior days and he's living up to em.

Well done to him.
Some of his touches today were exceptional. Defence is great. Turning into a premier centre.
