Yep, I just finished it and it went from scary to nah! Once the big reveal occurred, it was more of a mess than a decent tale of terror. In fact, it was downright stupid in the finale as they tugboated the Berg. Oh well, Calamari for lunch today!

The Devil's Own which is on Prime and Netflix has always been very good. This scene is one of Brad Pitt's best -

Watched both of these- they are both really good.
Felt that Slow Horses has gotten better each season as the characters developed - the first 2 seasons were OK, however really enjoyed it since then. Have watched all 6 seasons and understand that there will be seasons 7 & 8.
Mobland is totally out there with some great absolutely vile characters. It’s very entertaining in a violent kind of outrageous way. Tom Hardy plays Harry and he’s great in it. Very Guy Ritchie.

It’s the first show that I’ve liked where I hated all the characters since the Sopranos. That scene with Harry and his police informant was as cold AF. So far Frankie hasn’t done anything that bad. I hope we get to see just how terrible he is soon so there’s a great payoff. Still want Maeve to die this season.
Just recently watched Ride or Die series one on prime. It was great! Action packed, funny as but with some really tense moments and lots of adventure.
The 2 leading ladies are brilliant, it’s good to see someone build an action series around older female characters and they pull it off really well.
It’s billed as a comedy and there is some funny dialogue for sure, but don’t be put off by the comedy rating because it’s far from funny and actually quite suspenseful for the most part.

The Maeve character is just a shocker isn’t she. Mirrin does a great job. Stirring up trouble continuously. Loved the chat Harry had with her after he rescued his daughter in Ireland.
Helen mirren character is unrealistic.
Main reason I haven't gotten into season 2.

The season is great, better than the first.
Tonight’s episode was another bangar…once again though, Maeve’s involvement just drags the story. Her open contempt and public ridiculing of the most effective and dangerous operator in their world is very hard to believe and really annoying.
Tom Hardy and the guy playing Frankie are creating gold each time they are sharing the screen together.
