Mob land shits all over the Gentlemen, however they need to reign in Helen Mirren and Pierce Brosnan. Their characters are ridiculous and the over acting from these two is starting to bring the show down. Season 2 is good when these two silly old farts are not on screen. They think screaming the “C” word every third sentence makes them sound tough. It’s annoying.
Harry, Kevin, Seraphina…all good. Kat the American Cartel Boss, the corrupt detective and the new bad guy Frankie are great. They should be the focus and just kill off the other two clowns.

Looking forward to seeing if Conrad has finally opened his eyes up toward Maeve and her plot against Harry but she has this way of bamboozling him with her lies. Agree it is far superior to The Gentlemen.

I got 2 episodes left....

It's been alright, nothing amazing

Yep, I just finished it and it went from scary to nah! Once the big reveal occurred, it was more of a mess than a decent tale of terror. In fact, it was downright stupid in the finale as they tugboated the Berg. Oh well, Calamari for lunch today!

The Devil's Own which is on Prime and Netflix has always been very good. This scene is one of Brad Pitt's best -

"You're a stupid man Mr Burke"

"Are you with me there luv"

Heard Slow Horses is cracker.
Have to check it out.

Mobland season 1 was wild.
Tom Hardys character was the only one I didn't hate. Keen for season 2

Watched both of these- they are both really good.
Felt that Slow Horses has gotten better each season as the characters developed - the first 2 seasons were OK, however really enjoyed it since then. Have watched all 6 seasons and understand that there will be seasons 7 & 8.
Mobland is totally out there with some great absolutely vile characters. It’s very entertaining in a violent kind of outrageous way. Tom Hardy plays Harry and he’s great in it. Very Guy Ritchie.

Recently finished watching Season 4 of The Diplomat on Netflix, excellent series and they just commissioned Season 5, can't wait.

Now watching Blue Lights on SBS. It's an Irish cop show and it is very very good.
