its probably been mentioned on here a few times, but Mr Inbetween on Fox is the best Aussie show i have seen in years, if you havent watched it do yourself a favour!!!

SBS has Continuum (4 seasons). Not bad but would have preferred to have recommended 12 Monkeys, which has now been deleted from their catalogue. If you can find it I do recommend it - very unusual story line and very entertaining.
Another one they had is Killjoys - quirky but interesting if you can find it.

A few of the National Geographic documentaries on Disney + are quite good.
Hidden Treasures of Egypt has been a good watch if you're into archaeology. The wife doesn't really have the same passion for Ancient Egypt that I do and she was engrossed by it.
