Team v Roosters trial

I had a good 15 minute chat with him at Westfield before he went up to north Queensland he was buying suitcases he was such a softly well spoken young man so polite and dress in a nice shirt long pants nice shoes looked like he was a real estate agent I was so shocked that he gave me so much time and so gently as a person so different to what you see on the field like a rude attack dog
Did you give him a Valentine's card 😂..

Anyone can have a friendly chat. Theres a reason he doesn't last at clubs. I've heard he is a shocking human, the type team mates dont want to be around.

Toa didnt play the Cowboys at Leichardt - Naden was in the centres and Cowboys scored 3 late tries once Douehi and Latu had both been injured so Naden was in the halves and Sam Fainu was in the centres
You're right mate I stand corrected, I just looked at the highlights and Toa was out, my apologies to Starford I was wrrr, wrrr not right, I'm looking for a hat now.

I’m excited about seeing some of the up and coming kids in action.

I’ve completely changed my view on trials. I used to think they should be used to get combinations and match fitness up and use form to springboard into the season.

But I guess now I’m just glad if we don’t get any injuries.

Keen on seeing how Haywood steps up.

Not a very exciting lineup of second stringers but that's what we were expecting,

Looking forward to seeing Moors, Godinet, Haywood, Saukuru, Tavana, Brooks, Andrews and Attard to see how strong this wave of talked up juniors are.

Herbert is interesting as well to see if he's a good pickup as cover for the outside backs.
Me too, also interested to see if Madden can get clean ball to my favourite up n comer..Makasini.

Yeap, so many opportunities for some young guys to impress.

Madden if he steers them around the park well it will be interesting what will be going through Benji's head.

Just hope the score is respectable, had a gutful of Easts cleaning us up, remember the 70 plus flogging they gave us a few seasons back.

Well with all the talk about Benji wanting all our reserve and pathway coaches playing similar styles as our FG squad I guess I’ll be looking at this game differently.

My guess is there will be no structure at all and plays will break down regularly.

Hope I’m wrong

Hallway reading through your post i thought "no structure messiness " then you basically say it

Whatever happens today isn't an indication of how the season will go.

I'll just be looking for flashes of ability on show. Would be great if there is some consistent go-forward through the middle from the young guys. Looks a bit light on for power running.
