After reading Roy masters story on third party agreements we should start a bloody fan fund to keep teddy. I'll throw in the first $1,000.

Surely the Tigers can get RTS if they sign Tedesco. Doubt he would be too happy with them if they actually did sign Tedesco.

I'm not sure if they've even spoken to Tedesco or not. But his signing makes no sense. With RTS moving to fullback off the wing they'll be in need of a winger. The Roosters could be leaking this to the media in order to drive his price up to give them a better chance of nabbing Nofoaluma who's also off contract.

If Tedesco has indeed signed elsewhere id drop him for Rowe for the rest of the year .. Teddy can hone his skills in NSW cup

Nup, surely a nothing statement. I scoured google for 30 minutes reading every article that ha tedesco linked with roosters - most are "rumour" articles, and others using previous quotes from other stories. It's built up to get people interested but if you really read the article they have basically cut and paste.

he spent 1 year on the wing..this is his second season, Unless you count the 2-3 games he had in 2012?.

RTS attacks as a fullback now and defends on the wing i feel its a great way for him to warm to the task once mini goes…But if you think throwing a kid into the fullback role first season then thats fine.

Id be very disappointed if after supporting him through his injury and helping him become the player he is he turned around and signed with a club like the Roosters.

At the very least he should give us last chance of reply, surely thats the decent thing to do. Anything less than that and he probably would fit right in at the Roosters.

Wouldn't go that far, I would just move Nofoaluma to fullback and Tedesco to the wing. Of course that's even assuming Nof re-signs…how did we get into such an awful situation?

If he doesn't want to stay not much the club can do. I'm in no way Mayers biggest fan but if he has been offered what the club can afford & he doesn't like it what can they do?

Just prove that the salary cap is a waste of time as clubs can offer more in TP payments as they have big cashed up backers.

Trying to figure out what that means…..What exactly is wrong with my club that makes you think only lesser people would "fit in" ... im curious

With $BW and Mini (maybe) leaving at the end of the year, it does free up a lot of cap space. Maloney, Pearce, JWH, Jennings and maybe Cordner would be the only ones on big coin - the rest of the team are just decent players, and most had break out years last year so would still be getting paid on original contracts which I assume aren't on massive deals. Guys like Jake Friend, Daniel Tupou, RTS will all fetch bigger dollars in their next contract.

Still doesn't explain why the Roosters want two fullbacks, unless it's to play either Ted or RTS at centre.

But Roosterman in all honesty there would not be a single club out there looking at Tedesco and thinking.. Oh I do need another solid centre in my team…

He is a fullback for a reason - have you been watching the last 2 games?
