Id be very disappointed if after supporting him through his injury and helping him become the player he is he turned around and signed with a club like the Roosters.

At the very least he should give us last chance of reply, surely thats the decent thing to do. Anything less than that and he probably would fit right in at the Roosters.

U r insinuating that roosters players are not decent people! Very irresponsible posting! I have a very good friend playing for the roosters nrl side and they are great people

I am not insinuating the Roosters 'players' are not decent people, that is your assumption.

If it's true, confirm it and let's get on with it instead of dragging it out.

What i mean by that is club culture, how a club is perceived, the way they run their business, what they stand.

The Roosters are a fantastically successful club. The Tigers and clubs like them are not as consistently successful. As such we are built differently and stand behind different principals and points of view.

We have juniors, we develop them, we try to keep them together, we try to keep them happy. The Roosters BUY their team.

Its like comparing mates and mercenaries.

As i said, if Tedesco jumps at the money without even given us a right of reply he will fit right in at the Roosters.

Not in same class.

Actually if Tedesco left I would play Nofo and Fullback, Koro on the wing and James in NSW cup. Nofo could be a very good fullback.

Nofo would be a Perret clone at fullback, these days your fullback has to have playmaking skills and Nofo doesn't have that.

Milky you right about fullbacks needing playmaking skills. never saw a lot of Nofo at junior level other than at wing, he may have the skills others would no better than me.
Maybe Moses may be the answer then at fullback going forward. This could allow Sironen or Ausin to be our long term #6.

never stated otherwise… and i think its great you have juniors :smiley:.....you may have missed my point..its a bit hypocritical to say we want to buy ourselves a comp yet every time a big name comes up you would love to sign them..

I have never talked down about your club and i wish Roosters had more juniors but fact is we have limited areas to produce them and we need to buy abit more then you guys... But dont act like you wouldnt sign a Jennings or a SBW if you had the chance...any club would.

I know for a fact we are STILL paying some of the salaries of the Tiger sharks…I also know this will NEVER happen again whilst Mayer is in charge...Humpty and Sheens really stuffed this club up and we are paying for it today! - fact

James Tedesco on Thursday night on Sterlo flatly denied he has spoken to **ANY** other club…If the Roosters siging is true then Teddy can be accused of being an out and out liar to the fans our management and sponsors...If he did sign then he could've disguised it by saying he is still weighing up offers or something to that effect....I hope the Roosters signing him is false otherwise it could be a lonely and difficult 2014 for Teddy....

I think the point you're criticizing another club for buying a comp, but people here are quite happy for the club to jump at any marquee player that comes on the market which wouldn't make us any different.
