be very interesting to see player and coach reaction now with the rubbish coming out of this guys mouth. hope it doesn't destabilise the group in any way.
the way he's talking it sounds like he doesnt rate potter much.
 
Through all this I know one thing - Hodgo is still the best fullback we've had.

Well he better be in great form for the next 3 years cause every time he has a bad game the fans are going to wonder why they are paying him that sort of money

Anybody recognise a certain similarity in form and content to a recently departed Dragons player and golfing partner?
 
People are entitled to vent their frustration over this but please stick to forum rules. Personal insults aimed at Tedesco and his family will not be tolerated.
 
It was very poor form to give such an interview and make those comments whilst you are still contracted to another club, especially as they are still paying your wages whilst your are again on the sidelines with an injury.

The kid has all the talent in the world but for mine Potter would have every right to banish him to the NSW cup for the rest of the year. I really hope Potter does that, if the kid doesn't want to stay long term, bye bye, hope the NSW cup forwards smash you for the rest of the year.
 
Its going from Bad to Worse for us as far as insults go

First he decides to leave us then he decides to talk up more hype about the other club

you can talk yourself up as much as possible, but if you do not back it up on the field, well you've got nothing!!!
 
And that's the problem with mid season signings. As far as I'm concerned if a player signs with another club they should just go right away. Just get it over and done with. Imagine a break up where you still have to associate with a partner for another 6 months.
Even if the players/club don't feel it we as fans certainly do.
Raiders can pay us for his services rest of this season. Obviously salary cap could be a problem here but that's something NRL have to sort out

Someone pull him aside and tell him to shut his mouth about next year. He is currently contracted to WT and should be concentrating on helping them make the finals. Actually I'm over him .

Some of you guys have no clue. First you want him, then you don't want our club to pay overs, then he's injury prone, followed by he's a traitor cause he took a lot of money and defected, now you don't want to play him. Shut the [This word has been automatically removed] up you hypocrites.

How is it being hypocritical. I don't get this one little bit. We wanted him but he signed with the raiders simply because he was on a money grab even though we offered him a packet and had been paying him a packet despite him having heaps of injuries. Then he is in the media stating a whole bunch of BS.

I don't see any hypocrisy. I see a guy acting without any class and disrespecting the club including the coaching staff and its fans. He should go now.
 
So it seems the one thing he talked about with Benji on the golf course was how to utterly ruin any good will you have built up and burn every bridge before you go.

I wanted to play him in NRL for the rest of the season but the one thing you don't do is run PR for the club you are going to while still with your old club.

Simona to FB, promote Fine and play Tedesco in State Cup. He serves precisely zero purpose now
