The result was never in doubt . Steve Smith is a champion bloke and player… he's going to be a better skipper than the two previous flogs in Ponting and Clarke , you won by 120 runs yet you's still whinge harder than any poms .

I don't think it physically possible to whinge harder than the Poms. I've been tuning into the BBC radio coverage for some Schadenfreude when we're on top. No praise for the Aussies there. Everything seems to come down to luck according to those guys. They whinge about the kookaburra ball, the weather, the Aussies batting and bowling it's hilarious. They are world champion whingers. I think they secretly like loosing so they can whinge.

What do you expect listening to the BBC

Believe me the Aussies whinge just as much as the English if not more !
Just read some of happy Tigers posts

P.s the Kookaburra ball is an inferior product to the Duke ball , always has been

That's just genetics popping up , Mum's English and three of my 4 Grandparent's are British

Your mum and grandparents would be lovely salt of the earth people !

At least You've got the Pommy sense of humour going for you , you shotgun wielding, cane toad sucking red neck Bitza

maybe the Barmy Army could all chip in. he's going to up his ante in the whinging stakes now.

How many test in Australia since an English test play scored a century? I think it might be 7\. don't think anyone got one in the last white-wash.

from Cricket.com.au

England coach Trevor Bayliss says he is ready for the "circus" that will accompany the arrival of Ben Stokes in Australia after the star allrounder was named in his country's squad for the forthcoming Gillette ODI Series against Steve Smith's team.
Stokes has been included in England's 16-man party on a provisional basis. The 26-year-old is currently awaiting the verdict of the Crown Prosecution Service in the UK on whether he will be charged or not for his part in a street brawl in Bristol in September that left a man with a broken eye socket.
That incident saw Stokes arrested on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm and the England & Wales Cricket Board pull him out of the Ashes tour until the completion of the police investigation.
Both Stokes and Alex Hales, also involved in the altercation, were made "unavailable" for international selection by the ECB until further notice.

England ODI squad: Eoin Morgan ©, Moeen Ali, Jonny Bairstow, Jake Ball, Sam Billings, Jos Buttler, Tom Curran, Alex Hales, Liam Plunkett, Adil Rashid, Joe Root, Jason Roy, Ben Stokes, David Willey, Chris Woakes, Mark Wood

The Aussies will win this series then England will claim back the Urn on home soil , as the Aussies can't bat outside of Australia … That's how it is !

I only ever watch cricket when the Ashes are on.
Win or lose I'm loving it !

As for your question , I wouldn't have the faintest !

When Stokes gets here I'll take you to a bar so you can meet him

As long as it's before midnight

JA got bussed J-Walking after midnight. He got pounced on by four cops. not a car in sight.
just saw his tweet.

I do love the banter between the Aussies and Poms in the Ashes.

I've got a work X-mas party tonight. There are heaps of Poms at my work. One of them asked I.T to get a digital pass for the Ashes so everyone in the company can tune in at their desks. Every time we got a wicket i could hear him swearing. He might do a Stokes on me tonight because i'll be making a bee line for him at the party. What could go wrong? it's a Gangster Party in an undisclosed location, free booze and i'm dressed like Peaky Blinders.

Yeah he was getting excited when Stoneham started finding the boundary in the 2nd innings , thought he was going to have a special moment in the commentary box in the central missionary position
