Benji should be stripped of everything for his actions post Wests Tigers

Fulton and Skando were the heart and soul of our club for many seasons and stuck by us

Fulton even left the club to help our salary cap issues

IMO they deserve to be recognized as the clubs best along with Ribbie as he has struck by the WT's through thick and thin

Marshall, along with Ellis and Prince - left to go elsewhere.

This is probably better off for the unpopular opinion thread, but its my honest opinion that people over rate Gareth Ellis. I was a fan of him, i thought he had a massive yr in 2010, but i don't think he was the player that people consider him to have been.

When talking about the greatest players to have played for the club, he's at least no 5 in my book, behind Hodgo, Prince, Marshall and Farah. I even think an argument can be made that Payten and Woods would be ahead of him too.

everyone has a right to have an opinion but geeze fulton/skando never even got to origin..not even close.

as for ellis, his returns of impact to minutes played must be insane. imo he was the reason we were top 4 '10/'11

Adabeyor was in a robbiegate situation with Spurs management but he's agreed to have his photo taken with the TEAM and its all sweet now lol

And he was only going to get a 30 year old JAG as part of his loan deal :slight_smile:

Adabeyor also said that the Skybet league SUCKS

From Wikipedia - "Ellis was named the Wests Tigers Player of the Year for 2009 and also won the Members Player of the Year. He was nominated for the Golden Boot for his efforts throughout the season. He was again named the Tigers Player of the Year in 2010 and 2011"

From Liam Fulton - "Gareth Ellis has no body fat, he has an 'eight pack', will run for 200m and leave six players being taken off on stretchers. He has to be the best forward I've ever played with."

Each to their own but he's top three for me.

I remember his awards. 2010 i thought was well deserved. I don't think he was our best player in 2011 though.
