Great thread you muppet…...we will smash the goosters in front of 40k.

It will be a fullhouse I reckon. 25,000 Wests Tigers fans + 20,000 Roosters fans.

I CAN'T WAIT!!!

The incompetence of Steven Humpries is there for all to see. He should publicly apologise to players and fans or better yet resign.

Playing any of our home games in the eastern suburbs is outrageous, but playing a semi final in the Eastern Suburbs is unforgivable.

There's nothing incompetent about it. Humphries has been an excellent acquisition for the club.

If we don't out number the chooks fans by 4 to 1 I'll be surprised surely that must be a big advantage for our team hearing and seeing thousands and thousands of WTs fans filling the place cheering and rumbling in the JUNGLE..

Pure and Simple. It is the role of the club's management and board to support the players and give them the best chance of success. Not only are they not doing this they are actually making it harder for the players to succeed.

INCOMPETENT - There is no other word for it.

Yep its like the Titans saying lets take our home game to NZ!

I am always at a loss about the whining and bitching on this issue. It was the right decision. The right decision is to accomodate as many of our fans as possible. If we are good enough we will get the job done and the ground we are playing at makes no difference.

The simple facts also remain that if we were playing at Leichhardt or Campbelltown the figure touted was 4 tickets per member of each club. It is highly likely that under 2,000 non members would be elligible for tickets.

Before the decision to go to the SFS was made, I said it depends on who we play if we should go.

Now the results are known, no we shouldn't play at the SFS.

And no we finished 6th only if you use the points differential but the deciding factor is how many games you win, so we came third.

I hope whatever feelings people have about playing at the SFS I hope they can put that aside and get there in great numbers to cheer the boys home. The Roosters might be in familiar surroundings but they wouldn't be used to 30,000 Tigers fans baying for blood.

This is a bold statement from the club that we'll beat anyone anywhere. Look at Saints last year not moving their game. Thay were basically telling Parra that they were scared to play them and needed Kogarah to get them home. Parra would have grown a leg knowing that Saints needed to play at Kogarah.

A similar thing happened with us and Souths a few years ago when we wouldnt move a game from LO. We needed to win to make the semis and wouldnt budge the game, Souths handed our backsides back to us 80 mins later.

There is no advantage for the tigers the game must be moved. I'm sure the players will feel deflated as I know the fans are

so where are the roosters going to train? all the talk this week will be about kicking them out.. its going to do nothing but fire up the roosters more for this

The other thing to make note of is that if we play the footy we know we're capable it wouldn't matter where it was played.

Don't they train at Wenty park????

Only if the Titans had a ground in NZ that they already play home games at, and if NZ was 10k or so down the road

They do but they normally use the facilities at the WestsSFS for their rehab…

Thanks to Mr Humphreys they will have to find somewhere else to do that this week....
