I joined the early membership $ 85 as I’m in qld and can’t travel due to being crook , I paid and got all the numbers etc then it said you go to the tigers members store to redeem your pack , hahah it’s closed for 2025 , so can’t redeem it yet , don’t make sense why they would do early bird offer but can’t redeem your pack even though mine is nothing special , anyone else join early

Champion @426Tlgerland, sounds crazy, but I'd think that the 2025 season redemptions are closed and people like you, as booking early for 2026, would still be OK - for 2026 season packs.
I'd give membership a call on (02) 8741 3300 and I'm sure they'll sort it.
