I have been putting on a bit of weight lately so i decided to get back in to running. I run every day for 30 minutes. If i miss a day i add 30 minutes to the next day. This really has been a game changer. Tomorrow i'm supposed to run for 3 weeks.
In a freak accident today, a photographer was killed when a huge lump of cheddar landed on him.
To be fair, the people who were being photographed did try to warn him.
