I think this is an awesome innovation and a great example of forward looking and positive planning by Pascoe and the crew, but geez this looks like horrible fodder for ridicule if things dont go swimmingly.

After watching the first episode, I take this back. Sure there was some "dream, believe. achieve" EDIT but there was also a lot of footage of the guys busting a gut and putting in and no matter what happens, that is to be applauded. Based on the footage provided, it looks like the guys were putting in.

Watching the footage, i thought of Moses Suli and the fact he wasnt there (three months ago) and for some weird reason i thought of Andrew Fifita, I guess because I couldnt see him and his like mucking in like these boys did.
