*On his watch, the Roosters have snapped up Waverley Bowling Club, Berkeley Sports, Kingswood Sports Club and Woy Woy Leagues. They also plan to turn North Bondi Golf and Diggers Club into a multi-purpose sports centre.
The centrepiece is a redeveloped Easts Leagues in Bondi Junction. The club has snapped up most of the property on the L-shaped block on the corner of Spring Street and Bronte Road with a long-term plan to turn it into a lucrative high-rise development.
Politis knows his club can’t survive on poker machine revenue forever and wants to leave it in safe hands for the next custodians of the club.
“That should be any chairman's objective,” he said. “At the moment, our commercial property is valued at $120m and we have no debt. Next year, we will have $10m in cash in the bank. We’re in a very good position financially.”*

Politis didnt pay for any of it, the Club bought all of that property out of its own money. Politis is guiding it but not paying for it. He is a good Chairman, but doesnt own the Roosters.
Im working on the Waverley Bowlo project.
EDIT: All of these properties are owned by Easts Group (Leagues Club) not the RL club

Every Club ..Even Premiership winning Clubs do a review..
The difference is they don't generate clicks...

The review is most likely over, the review of the review may be ongoing for a while. Most staff will be on holidays soon so if not already so it's not as though player feedback will be an ongoing process.
The only other part of a review that could continue is a review of the management team (ie SHeens looking at Hartigan, Pascoe etc)

Sorry - I didn't mean to suggest he bought the land/property for them. My point was that his (and others) guidance had been a huge benefit to the club/group, and that they were in an incredibly strong and self-sufficient position as a result.

Clearly waiting for Ciraldo.
The fact Ciraldo was asked and he said “I won’t be commenting” makes it pretty clear there is something going on there.

I wouldn't say clearly. He doesn't want to be involved in the media circus that follows our every move until his current season is finished. When you're gunning for a premiership then fair enough.
Of course if he had zero interest he could just say so. If we want him i'm sure we've spoken with his manager already to gauge his level of interest. If he had zero interest i'm sure we'd move on quickly. If he does have some interest then the future of our head coach may be undetermined for a few weeks yet.
