The new commision has to come up with the seasons draw with dates in early january every season so people know when and where their team is playing IF they want the highest percentage of memberships. The AFL can do it,so it shouldnt be that hard to work out .

I reckon that will be next on the agenda, or very high up on the list for next year.
They got the finals dillemma sorted very quick.
Broadcasting rights and the FULL season draw is urgent.

Oooops!! Im assuming someones sarcasm detector isnt working!!

Hard to tell with this poster seriously calling another ''a fair weather fan'' in another thread….a supporter that went to the trouble of filming, editing and doing all the other tricky bits of all the trial game footage we saw.

Very poor form.

Well I know the tickets started at about 100 when GA went on sale so its a matter of attempting to buy a GA ticket, getting the ticket number then cancelling the sale. Proticket number are direct results of purchase and are not formula based like the Ticketek PAX system

Yeh I thought that was where you were getting the numbers from but just had a llok then and it come up with:
GENERAL ADMISSION: Ticket: 0**9655**
GENERAL ADMISSION: Ticket: **09656**
…where the other day it was in the 13000's

I bought my GENERAL ADMISSION ticket from Hexham Bowling club about 30 min ago.
walked in asked for ticket for game.
printed out in less than 2 min
ticket number 13346

When we have top line players including the two best players in the world, in Robbie and Benji, we should be, and should have been 'Roaring on the ticketing front' every week since 2005\. But unfortunately when you mix in a coach who cant coach, and in the latter years a CEO who is deliberately alienating half of the joint venture to try and revive the image and life of his old club, you get a situation where this is the first time ticket sales have gone through the roof. I would not be congratulating them, I would be asking the Fib Why has this only ever occurred on a few occasions ????
If he tries to represent both sides of the JV fairly, and the Fonz picks the right players in the right position, we should become the no.1 crowd pulling team in sydney.

Now that's a worry,
Just bought my ticket about an 2 hrs ago and I've also got ticket No 13346.

Your selective, skewed view of history is confounding Buggy.

When Noyce was CEO it was the coach who caused our poor numbers.

When we get a new CEO it is his and the coaches fault despite the fact our membership numbers have risen every year since the start of his tenure.

I always appreciate your passion and commitment to ideals but manipulating facts and drawing conclusions based on half truths and your personal bias is just beneath you

Do they have a PROticket outlet there?

Yes.
I looked pro ticket up on internent for ones in hunter region.
Hexham bowling club was closest to where I live.
rang them, to confirm if I could buy ticket today, they said yes.
so 10 min later I was in there buying the ticket.
watched him print it out of the machine.
it has PRO ticket on back
got the tax invoice number printed on receipt & bar codes.
etc.
as you would expect did not think anymore of it.

You're a shocker Bug. Regardless of whether we won the Battle of the West or not you were always going to stick the knife into Humphreys. I suppose if we win the GF this year you will blame Humphreys and Sheens for not delivering a premiership the last 2 years?

Well done to Stephen and all involved on our latest victory. A win in the office is just as important as a win on the field.

Can you back this up with facts rather than just your one sided opinion

We have been either 1 or 2 for Sydney crowds for the past 8 seasons

No Pratten Park Magpie, you are wrong. In 2008, Wests Tigers topped all Sydney teams for home and away crowd numbers.

On average between 2004 & 2011, The Bulldogs and the Dragons have consistanty pulled more crowds.

Wests Tigers smashed the Dragons in home crowds in 2011, and have other notable achievements over the years which are great, but we are well and truly 3rd in Sydney in the crowd stakes.

The Dragons are a boring team and have been for years, the Bulldogs are lead by the most hated player in Rugby league in Mick ENNIS and he and them (sans Ben BARBA) are a crappy boring team too.

We have Robbie and Benji, two of the best ever.

We should be drawing bigger crowds than the Dogs. Why aren't we ???

Which year(s) did St George beat Wests Tigers in crowd averages since 2004? I would like to know where you are looking because the answer is NIL. We have beat St Geoge every single year in crowd averages. So Balmain Bug our wrong, not Pratten Park Magpie!

On the Bulldogs since 2004 they beat us in 2004,2009,2010 and 2011 so yes we have work to do to beat the bulldogs crowds but we are definitely at least the 2 best at pulling crowds in Sydney.

I don't think our scheduling of matches have been the best either, a lot of Monday night matches with the leichhardt and campbelltown.

Is that what Pratten Park was talking about? I am sure he was talking about home crowds which is what most people judge crowds on. The club controls home matches, not away matches.

I'm new but surely Balmain Bug is taking the piss. The club is in the strongest position as I've ever seen it with a roster that is as exciting I've seen in 43 years of following football. That someone would be unhappy with the current position beggars belief. There must be an agenda that I'm missing
