Tigers roar on ticketing front

Of course I was talking about home crowds Bug, who really cares what we may draw in Brisbane (which by the way is where the Dragons boost their away average dramatically), our lowest home average for the past 8 years was 16,386 in 2008, only twice in that time have the Dragons even surpassed that figure for home attendances…

And though the Bulldogs beat us in home averages in 2009, 2010 and 2011 their figures include a home game against Gold Coast in Brisbane as a double header with the Broncos which has drawn crowds of 32,283, 42,233 and 50,109 for those three years, remove that game from their yearly home crowd average and they only just pip us all three years, had these games against the Titans been played in Sydney the drawing power would have been much lower (they drew just 14,675 in 2007) and we would have likely been No 1 for in 2009, 2010 and 2011 as well…

Actually the Bulldogs regularly draw more in Sydney than what we do and I cant for the life of me understand why. They are lead by a grub of a human being.
Are Wests Tigers doing something wrong ??? We have, Robbie, Benji, Gareth & Rowdy. 4 superstars. They have dodgy blokes.
We need bigger and more vocal crowds. Bring you mates, bring your families, deck them out in our 3 colours and head on out there !!

And if we really want to get into it, we are regularly
-in the top 2 for home crowds for Sydney clubs
-in the top 3 for away crowds for Sydney clubs
-in the top 3 for overall home and away crowds for Sydney clubs
-we are strong in the TV ratings on a consistent basis
-always in the top few for merchandise sales…

you do the math

Really the current success of this club on all fronts is only something Balmain and Western Suburbs could only ever have dreamt of.

Their memberships being almost half price of ours, and the fact they play all games at a stadium close to their local area helps them….that and the bankstown line trains not patrolled by security and theres your answer

No they don't

As I said previuosly, their home crowd average for the past 3 years has been boosted only by a HOME double header in Brisbane and their away averages have been below ours in 3 of the past 4 seasons.

Hybrid Tiger, regarding your post about the Silver Memberships.

My father, girlfriend and myself all have Silver Memberships which have us seated in Bay 13 at LO.

Can we count on seeing you there? Lol

Yep, I am in bay 13.

A bloke at work is not a member but is a WTs supporter and he had no trouble getting a couple of tickets last week.

Hmmmm ok, if you all say so, but we need to push maximum attendance at every game and yell our guts out. The Leichhardt hill is sometimes full of those that want to experience the vibe and not willing to yell their guts out. Its like the cone of silence.

Lets make some noise, not just round 1, lets pack out every round and every ground with black, white and orange voices !!!!!!!
