Typical Tigers too, fighting so hard to get back to 20-12, a try would have made it so very interesting, crowd got interested... and finished by letting in 3 more tries.

Roosters totally outplayed us first half for 20 points, were reasonably contained and potentially even a little worried second half, they still managed 18 more points.

Or to put it another way, despite our fightback, even if it was 0-0 at halftime we still would have lost 18-16.

Doueihi absolutely immense tonight. Shining light in a rough night. He’s always been safe and solid but this is the first time I’ve been genuinely excited about his future with us.

Had a great game at fullback but I see his long term future in the centres. That line he ran off Benji was all class and he made it look easy. With his size, skill and smarts he has the potential to be an elite centre. Put a speedy winger outside him and that is deadly.

Great game at FB so let's put him in the centre.

Are you for real.

Had his first great game at FB so that’s now his rusted on spot for his career?

Are you for real.

Never mind all his obvious deficiencies in that position we’ve seen for the previous 14 rounds.

Try thinking a bit more laterally sometimes. He’s a serviceable fullback but the attributes he’s shown look better to suited to other positions on the field.

Madge seems to be chasing other fullbacks so maybe that tells you something.

Yea! I'm for real.
