Time to give Woodsy and Teddy a break

I am not a fan of an unqualified person being emoloyed by a sports franchise to deal with anything in the area of mental health. Tragedies happen with young sports stars the club can't hire a whisperer in any formal capacity. If people want to use their own dietitians, masseuse pay for it yourselves.
 
If the captain of any other club acted the way woods has it would be the same story.
Save the pity party you bunch of fangirls.

Look at the try celebration from Nofoaluma can't tell me that wasn't at least a little screw you to these guys as well

I was just giving my opinion. I was worried it might effect the morale of the team.

I'm not saying people can't or shouldn't boo, do what you want to do it doesn't bother me. I'm just saying that people should think about the situation more before they do that. I personally wouldn't boo because I think that they both showed they are committed to the team on Sunday. Aaron Woods deserved MOM in my opinion. No offense taken mate. Me the wife and kids all have season tickets and I wouldn't boo a player of any team in front of my kids. But, I get that some people are filthy about the way Woods and Tedesco have conducted themselves. It's painful watching every nrl tv host hammering us,due to this long saga. My comment was directed at the Clubs statement. People pay money to enter,as long as it's not vulgar or racial, they should be allowed to do as they please.
 
Will be booing plenty on Saturday night, the pep sharks will cop it, Woods and Tedesco will cop it, heck I might even boo the booers who are booing the refs

Absolutely it was. Anyone who thinks that it was due to him re-signing is naive. That waa part of it, but also because the club has been through the ringer the last few weeks due to players choosing to walk out.

I booed last week and have now made my point. Didn't feel good. First time I've done it in 40 years and hopefully never again. Respect those who pay their money and need to get it off the chest this week but for me … it's time to move on.

From the little I know, Wehbe is a property developer.
He has, I think, some other tertiary qualification, but as far as I know he is unqualified as a therapist.

He offers consultancy to people who are ill etc… personally I think he should be in gaol if what I've heard is true, but it is through the grapevine.

Anyone who leaves because their property developer mate isn't brought on as an unqualified shrink can go, and if others are sad about it they can go too. And if Woods views him as a father figure he should consider the services of a professional therapist.

I won't. I'm over it and am trying to take a step back from it. For the first time during this drama i've found myself not only not caring about what they do to not really caring about what happens on the field. One of those "what does it matter in the scheme of things, its only footy" type moments. Its indifference. I don't want to feel indifferent about what we do on the field. So in an effort to re-discover my enthusiasm i'm washing my hands of this saga. If they stay, they stay, if they go, they. My carefactor is as low as Morgan Freeman's in his last parole hearing in the Shawshank Redemption.
 
I am getting a tad excited about life after the three tadpoles depart. New faces, new expectations, new direction and what seems to be our best coach since Sheens. I know Teddy is a very hard man to replace, but I hope there is no backflip and really I don't want to see over 10% of our cap directed at one player.

Anyway they had every right to sign elsewhere, although granted they have not handled the situation very well, but we also have every right to let them know what we think.

As a club we now hold a lot of the aces, so its our turn to turn the screws

Yeah, i'm over the hate. If others want to keep booing, that's their prerogative, but i just want to support the team now.

I know ive moved on from those 2 and so have all my mates. Your not doing too well if a character like moses behaves with more class than you. If Cleary keeps these signings coming through than they will just be a memory.

It will be so funny when woods announces he has signed with the dogs and tedesco with the roosters what will they then say. Oh my manager signed i knew nothing about it and i just found out. They take us for fools. That's why it wont get worse we have accepted they are leaving and because of the way they conducted themselves good riddance. I think the positivity comes from the fact we can build a good team with Cleary in charge and change our culture and no longer be held to ransom by players and their managerss. I wont be booing anymore because im excited about our future to me they are the past.
