Aside: peeved about Ellis not being in all-stars but hope he gets over his groin injury for us.

Its a contact sport. Unless it involves a balatant act of thuggery I dont see any basis for a lawsuit. As nasty as this one was, I dont put it in that category. Nella was just very unlucky.

I do get Joel's two younger bros mixed up at times as they were both Endeavour & Sharks boys!

Jess was the older of the two & played back-row - Tony was the hooker/half!

Both were very good prospects until hit by injury!

I consider Price's act on Tony to fit the blatant thuggery definition - that sort of tackle was outlawed in the late 80s due to Rambo Gibbs!

I read your posts at the time and given you would have posted that either at the time of the event, months ago & the addition that I've only returned from many months break - how would I remember. It's some jackass parra player that imho isn't that big of a name so how is one meant to remember it. It wont be forgotten now.

That said I read your posts regularly because you're one of the select few that actually gets things right.
