I can understand if people want to dissect performances of players inside the top 30. Dissecting the rest is akin to watching a Flegg game.

The only regular NRL fullback who is constantly stuck in first gear.Shhh quiet you'll wake up Bula... Fair dinkum what a lazy display today
Your bias against Bula always stands out for me… the guy is 20 games into his career playing with a brand new halves comboBula the main offender, I fear we are paying him about 500k too much, particularly when players such as Tristan Sailor and young Papali’i from the Bulldogs are exceptional talents who will not likely play regular NRL this season.
Have you ever seen Tyrell Sloan? The only regular NRL fullback who is constantly stuck in first gear.
I was extremely impressed with TDS, constantly tackling , competing and covering for the lazy forwards he was on the field with.Agree with most.
Don’t agree on TDS he struggled a heap defensively.
Sullivan did his job when Sezer was on but when Sezer was off looked ordinary especially in attack but that might have been the plan just sit back and let the kids make decisions.
We used to call it run at spaces not faces !Potentially but the guy who receives it also needs to contribute by running the right angle and positioning his body correctly to take advantage of any space that presents. I see too many guys just running into people. We lack footballers.
Well no coincidence both sides are stuck on the bottom of the ladder.Have you ever seen Tyrell Sloan?
This is tameQuite frankly if there are this many overreactions after one trial match I can’t wait till the season actually starts 😅😅
Or LatrellHave you ever seen Tyrell Sloan?
Yeah, Bula was far from being one of the reasons why were at the bottom of the ladder last year.Well no coincidence both sides are stuck on the bottom of the ladder.
Fullback is so important to a successful teams attack.
I saw Da Silva doing a heal of tackling and competing on every play, quite often covering for the lazy forwards who were playing alongside him.
An absolute gun and star in the making,
I like Jake Simpkin, he plays tough, well above his weight and defends strongly. He was also being called back a heap by the ref to the point he stepped back letting the warriors make a half break, 2 tackles later they scored.
We need to be fair. TDS was 3rd of the hookers today. Api owned the start. Jake was ok also with some darts, defended well & made most tackles on the park then was TDS.
It’s surprising to hear you are “extremely impressed” with him today. He was ok but we need Api to play until the end of 25 as our first choice.I was extremely impressed with TDS, constantly tackling , competing and covering for the lazy forwards he was on the field with.
No doubt about that, but I don’t think Api is up to playing 80 minutes each week these days, so we need someone capable to replace him while he’s having a rest. It’s surprising to hear you are “extremely impressed” with him today. The ease they pulled the edges apart with 1 less man is though60 mins with an extra player doesnt mean much when you have unlimited interchange.
Did you read what I said? You're kidding aren't you - our best 13 in this trial which won't be our starting 13 come rnd 2 played for about 20 mins.
