Tuimoala Lolohea Signs with WT

My interest over him has taken a nose dive, just like it did with the big snore, simply because its been drawn out too long. I'm getting old, i don't have the energy.

Its not as if he's a marquee player, but its playing out that way….

He must have something with so many teams initially involved and now the Cows chasing him hard.

hes gone to the cowgirls, time to look at are next target.
think hoppa is the best option, seen him in a interview about a week ago and he said he would play sundays if it meant getting a contract.

Where is the source saying he has gone to the cowboys?

It's beginning to worry me just a little that we don't have much signed for next year, talent pool is getting smaller and we are largely still looking at other club's cast offs

Errr… Are you kidding me right now?

We've signed OFFICIAL

Mautilino
McQueen
MWZ
Brooks
Reynolds
Nofo
Lawrence
Chee-Kam

Not to mention

Twal
Gamble

for depth!

Then unofficial the list is enormous..... and it's still only May - go back and have a look at years gone by and many of our signings have been towards the END of the year.

Well thats definitely a roster that will put the fear into the top sides

Balmain boy.. is this josh massoud a good source? Because that's where the rumour of tui signing with cowboys is coming from.

No, Massoud is not a reliable source whatsoever.

He's also the Sydney colleague of the 7 news reporter who claimed this 'scoop'.

He's also never said that Tui had signed with them, merely that they were 'close'.

Lots of people panicking over guesswork from clueless clickbait journalists. Other more reputable sources claim he's coming to us.

Look, it'd be good to sign him as it will strengthen our team for this season and next, but it's no tragedy if we don't sign him. Half the appeal is that we can get him now.

Yea i agree if he comes over it will be great if not? then the wheels keep rollin.

I really wish people would stop posting guesses / gut feelings as confirmation of something. If you say "he's gone to Cowboys" or something, please back it up with your source of information.

Too many people make a categorical statement that is in fact just an educated guess, then the thread runs for another 4 pages responding to the guess.

Far too much silliness and speculation on this one for me, I log in to read what might have happened to account for another 3 pages added to the thread… and it's nothing!

My guess is he won't be at the Warriors moving forward..although that can not be confirmed or denied…

WOW…this thread has had more **views** than the Aaron Woods leaving thread...the Woods haters are waning!!....

One good thing about Moses is that he made his mind up quickly, unlike Tedesco, Woods and Lolohea.

I still wouldn't mind seeing David Nofoaluma given a run at fullback his running style in traffic is not unlike Teddys.

I don't think his running style is anything like Teddy's.

They both break tackles for sure but Tedesco just fends and darts with super high energy to evade grabbing arms. Players that put a proper shoulder shot on Teddy tend to get him. Honestly teams are figuring that out this year, they let him fend out of tackles so long as he goes across and not forward, they hold a straight line where possible. Teddy obviously also has a wicked turn of pace and fast feet to exploit small gaps in the line.

Nofo likes to make body contact first, then pump his legs and twist his torso to throw the tackler off. It's all about core strength for him, not fending. You watch Nofo, he always looks for his shoulder contact into a select defender, and he doesn't make his real forward metres until he has engaged the line and then struggled through it. Nofo does not have a turn of pace, he has medium and slower than medium.

I honestly don't know, if Nofo was the FB in a second-man backline play, if he'd know how to run full-steam into a gap. It's not the same as standing on the wing and trying to find the corner.

Has Nofo got a pass on him either?
