I reckon McGregor can win this. I think he lost partially because he came out too arrogant. Nate might smash him again though.

He has a weak ground game and poor cardio.
His boxing was nothing special against Nate - who's boxing is elite, compared to others in the UFC.
He ate all Connor's punches and he didn't really get rocked despite taking damage.
He will punish Connie in the rematch, don't forget - that was Nate without a camp / wasn't even in training…. He was sipping cocktails in cabo with his heavenly blessed beauty girlfriend.
Nate will be even more prepared for the rematch and put Connie to sleep again.
How can you possibly say his boxing was nothing against NAte, he absolutely busted him up in round 1, anyone else wouldn't have come back round 2!
R2 Conor got rocked and did the one thing ppl normally do against him and he panick wrestled against a slick high level black belt BJJ practitioner and that's where he lost it..
On the feet had it all over Nate until he gassed
Conor did not have it all over Nate on the feet, quite the contrary. All Conor did was load up on his left, yeah, he landed a few, but every left Conor threw Nate had a jab or two right back at him, which contributed heavily to Conor gassing. If you re-watch the fight closely, Nate actually won the stand up in the first round rather convincingly.
And as for the damage argument, have you ever seen a diaz fight? Both brothers have tons of scare tissue that opens up very easily, and they are well known to have iron chins.
I see Conor lasting longer in the rematch, but a similar result will be the outcome. Conor is fighting Nate for the wrong reasons, Nate is a larger fighter who has a big reach advantage, and Conor is above his weight class. I doubt Conor will go to his wrestling again, so Nate by tko in the 3rd.
