Website now showing 9546\. Last year's total is not too far away now.

760 since the last numbers quoted.

835 the time before that.

so about 17% of total memberships sold in the last couple of weeks.

It's the age old argument.

Are you a member or a supporter? I had some correspondence with Steve Noyce when he was with us about value for money memberships for those of us who can't attend any games. He said he would review it. Nothing has changed.

There are 24 Wests Tigers membership packages to choose from, all but one include attending games - maybe I should join my dog up.

It's simple, if you can attend any games you are a "member" if you can't, you are a supporter.

I think even Ink has posted on here his disappointment at no longer receiving member badges. Others have mentioned their unhappiness at not having member caps etc etc

I'm a strong Wests Tigers supporter!
Unfortunately, I am not a Wests Tigers member

picked up my 3 silver memberships during the week!…we have almost 9500 members so far...looks likely we'll eclipse last years numbers

Updated for the latest figures from the tele. 176,634 to 185,093 in the last 7 days.

I just purchased my premium Allianz/Leichhardt membership. Even though I'll probably only get to 3 or 4 games I'm happy to give my money to the club.

Unfortunately, I am not a Wests Tigers member as cq tiger quoted …. I'm the same champ unfortunately no value for me in out of towners , when the Titans play Tigers here at Robina , i get the work Corporate box anyway so no value in it really for me , but do my bit by buying merchandise directley through the club .
My goal is to be a Season ticket Holder again and just fly to Sydney and back on game days ... it's nice to dream  any sponsors out there? :unamused:

A mate of mine is a Roosters fan. He wasn't going to get a membership because he is unsure how many games he can actually get to and didn't want to end up committing a few hundred for nothing. Then he noticed their "Bronze" membership. A GA ticket to every home game for $99.
Non-Ticketed memberships are $39.95 for people that can't get to a game.

We have nothing like that on offer. Could be a reason why other clubs have more members than us but get smaller crowds

My theory to Eye of Da Tiger - I got a text which came up on my phone as 'Robbie Farah' - So I emailed the WT membership department stating I would sign on the spot, when Robbie DOES!!! I got a reply (at least), a PC ONE AT THAT … which thanked me for my support, and said the club was doing everything in his power to re-sign him!!

10,301 - 4 short of last years total before a ball has been kicked. Looks like the members not renewing have been replace by new members. Great effort.

I used to be out of towers member but its just not worth it.
My brother is a red v member and for 70 or 80 bucks he gets reserved seating at TWO interstate games.
They also choose where there money goes and get15% off merch.
Ours is a rort.
I can get suncorp tix through bronco promos for like 40 bucks for 2.
Tigers don't give a crap about out of towners.

You know what BT

I really wonder if the club realizes how many out of towners support the Tigers

My young fella has five other Tigers supporters in his class (including Dads) he has 25 kids in his class

So of those parents/kids only one is a member and his Dad is a Balmain boy and still has relatives in the area

So (and I know this isn't the norm ) in the middle of Qld you have 1/4 of this population as Tigers supporters and only one as a member . I know about 20 families that support the Tigers here and only 2 are members

If you are reading this Cuzzo things need to change

While I agree with both you, I feel the club is more focused in unifying the fans within our traditional homes first… One day this may change, but I feel Humpty is very focused in unifying the natives in Sydney for now!

That is very bloody blatantly obvious Watto

Yet the club will still send me emails wanting me to spends my hard earned to support the club and by gear ,memberships etc etc etc

Can't expect it to go both ways

The NRL and the clubs both have something in common , they don't really give a toss about the fans outside 400 km radius of both major cities

Far cheaper to get Foxtel than get a membership and all the other BS involved in getting to a single game

As a joint venture club our memberships should be up there with the dogs and dragons and as happy stated if they offered more to there out of towners we would be as there is a tonne of support up here for them Sydney might be our base but greater nsw and qld would dominate it for numbers.

Yep Tigers need to add stuff to the out of towners pack. I also think that we should get about 4 away home games like play them in different states for out of towners. Like Dogs play in Mackay.
