Lawrence by a street!
I wouldnt have Woods anywhere near a leadership role at this stage of his career… He has alot to focus on already and his workload is about getting 'his' job done.

Someone who leads by example on the field
Someone who has a good head on their shoulders
Someone who can handle the media and carry themselves like a true professional both on and off the field.
Not a lot of players in our current line up can tick these boxes.

-Lawrence
-Fultz - But he is too much of a clown
-Woods
I would settle for Anasta for now as he has been there, done that. No one with more experience

A couple of weeks ago people were calling for Lawrence to be sacked!
A year or two ago Lawrence was the obvious choice, but given the rise of Aaron Woods I'd say he's shot up to next in line. He's already a part of the six-man leadership group which has Farah, Benji, Anasta, Woods, Lawrence and Meaney. Not bad for a 22 year old with 50 NRL games!

I would say Woods. Great player who just keeps going from strength to strength and he seems to be our forward leader now even at his young age. He seems to have a good head on his shoulders, handles pressure well; this combined with his on field efforts would make him a good vice captain.
