Watson Heleta and Marion Seve

Hard to fathom as Seve would have greater opportunities at the Tigers to play in the NRL given the Broncos current backline strength??

When it was announced that Moss had departed there was mention that it was cause of salary cap issue. Wonder if we have had to cut some people to fix this issue and Seve is the first to go?

Moss left due to not getting CEO Role & Seve would be worth 2 pimples on the bum of our Salary Cap.

Must be more too it?!

Not getting Seve to replace Maranta who fractured his wrist recently and is set to miss the start of the season??

When we're short on centres, why would we release Seve? Makes no sense to release someone with a lot of potential who's on peanuts. Who does he think he's replacing in their backline?? No chance of playing for some time.

I'd find this rumour quite hard to believe. Haven't seen anything anywhere else either.

Salary cap is also a joke. Between TPAs and the difference in cost of living certain teams like the Broncos can simply pay twice as much as any other club. Brisbane needs another 2 clubs for starters. Broncos monopoly in a league heartland most come to an end soon.

Of the two Heleta is better anyway.
He is a much more well rounded player.

I don't know what you base this on. Seve has always been the better of the two. Heleta will struggle to play firsts.

Disappointing if we have lost Seve. Given the people who are saying that we have, he looks as good as gone.
