Can't wait to see which players bail out and which players get on the bus !

About time we had a decent coach !

I actually got a few LOLs out of that presser, hes a funny guy with a sharp soh…played the journos off a break

Could not be more chaffed
Ivan's statement that the Tigers have got him at the right time, after 10 years of head coach and after some time away to think.
I think that is very poignant statement, this is a man who is very comfortable within himself. This is a man who knows want he wants and that is success.

Thats one box ticked. Now on to the next job - sorting out the playing group.

On a side note I'm sure everyone will be happy with the Go and Pascoe's attire today both looked very professional.

Yeah ..I agree came across as a humble guy …paid respect to the previous coaching staff ..as well as strong in his belief of what he can bring to the Club Players and Fans..

I liked his stance of buy in or leave,,,

Liked the way he came across. Seems very level headed and confident. Doesn't strike me as the kind of guy who'd take any crap, from players or anyone else. Just what we need in a coach.

Like he said 10 years experience as Head Coach but geez he looked nervours trying to pick the right words to answer with

Well handled

Lets go Ivan
Ivana win too !!!

Wonder if he had that same conversation with four individuals?

Players quickly running out of excuses not to sign. 2020 how's that for certainty Woodsy ?

I noticed this too and think it's a great perspective. When asked about players he simply said it's important that they want to be here. Think he'll weed out those who don't want to be here/shouldn't be here pretty quickly.

Will need to rewatch the presser, couldn't hear the thing very clearly will have to wait until later to replay it.

Looked very relaxed and at ease despite the magnitude of the operation he has on his hands. I look forward to a clean out like he produced with Penrith and look forward to bringing some accountability and stability that this club so desperately needs. Also would love to see his way of fixing our porous defence. That in itself is going to be one hell of a challenge.

I hope that the head honchos can help this man achieve a level of stability. It starts at the top, we need to be better with everything the club does, hopefully with Ivan coming in and basically stamping his authority early, it brings this across the whole club.

Its unbelievabe in 2017 we still have pressers with journos without mics :deadhorse:

It's friggin annoying how we can't hear the questions being asked by the journo's !

I posted he was coming when JT was here  , i just didn't think it was so early in the Season .

Ivan welcome to the Club your a fantastic bloke and had the pleasure of meeting you last year , massive task at hand but one that your more than capable as you have demonstrated this in your previous Clubs , obviously you are highly respected by the players .

P.S Can you bring your son over PLEASE 😛ray: 😛ray: 😛ray:

I thought it was interesting what he said when they asked if the "big 4" players' style of play suited him. He said "I won't go into that now".

I took that as a no.

A step in the right direction. Now let's get busy signing players and working on defensive & offensive structures…..............simples!!
