Hopfully its untrue Mick Potter is starting to bulid his side. He will make us a force agian we have to give him time.

If this happens, I think we need to get a petition going for Potters reinstatement and the dismissal and replacement of the board. Show the powerbrokers that the fans and members are sick of the games and their behaviour which is hurting the club more than anything else.

If they get someone half decent I won't be upset at all. Anyone like parish, Barrett, kidwell etc however would be disastrous.

Absolute disgrace if true. Potter deserves to see out his contract and I'm confident if given the leeway to run his own show, we'll improve. I just don't see where we'll get the money from to pay him out and hire another 'newbie'.
6 REASONS WHY I THINK THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE!
1\. He has had a massive injury crisis on his hands were more than 10 players were injured at one time.
2\. He has not even had a year at the club, A coach needs at least 2-3 years to change things to the way he wants them.
3\. He has been left with some one elses roster.
4\. He has had to deal with pea-hearted players who do not even try.
5\. He has gone into a club that is divided.
6\. It is he's first year at this club and his first year as a first grade NRL coach and he is trying he's BEST!

The only current reason you could possibly get rid of Potter would be that he has no pulling power to sign players, but in our current situation their is no big fish worth chasing, no real money to be spent and overall the way the club has gone backwards, we'd be paying overs on most. Can the board get real and make some reasonable decisions, because as these rumors continue to linger, it's up to them dismiss them asap or take action, give Potter the respect he deserves. From what I hear and see, he has been respectful and conducted himself proffesionally. Enough is enough.

Bloody hell, why can't they give the guy some time to prove himself with a more balanced roster, non-performers moved on and hopefully no injury crisis! They gave Sheens all the time in the world, despite numerous years of under-performing, but Potter only gets 1 season? Really, what good is changing the coach going to do at this stage, except create more instability. Complete idiots if this is true!
