A least I can save my money next year.
so next years coach will have the excuse…"these are not my players"..do HIS own cleanout and start again!!!.so the dressing room don't like Potters coaching "style"...what sorta style are they after?..they've had Sheens who let them do whatever they wanted, and a disciplinarian in Potter who didn't....maybe the players should be told we the fans didn't like their playing style...a style of totally DUMB FOOTBALL where they showed little commitment...this is total BS!.....look at the mitigating circumstances Potter was faced with this year....The board and players should hang their heads in shame!....surely he deserves at least till round 8 next year to prove himself worthy.....

Something isnt right here.
I smell some dirty crap going on. Maybe and i stress maybe, the support staff around Potter know they are gone if he stays and have been playing both sides of the fence and turning the players against him. If 2, 3 or 4 staff continually do this knowing its the only way to save their job, then some dumbass players begin to believe it if they hear it enough. Just my speculation.
imagine being the head of a group of staff that know the are getting sacked

Relax. The mole also scooped that parish is a lock for coach this year. The guy has to sell magazines or at the very least get people talking about the magazine.

i can see both sides of keep or discard.
but what did potter tell the board when he was hired.
if he told them one thing and hasn't delivered or done the opposite,why keep him.

I think much will be revealed on Friday night. If they put a performance in like they did against the Titans, I reckon he is finished.
Important point to note is that Potter was a Humphries appointment not Mayer's. A new CEO will want to make changes at some level (whether it is the coach remains to be seen)
As others have posted, if he has lost the players, then it's a long way back. WT cannot afford financially to have another 2013 in 2014\. If the board/management think this is the case then they will move. It's as much about their reputation as it is the coaches.
If Potter is removed, I hope that they DO NOT APPOINT A ROOKIE. With our board the way it is and the young talent that needs to be nursed through an older head is required. Would be happy with Neil Henry or similar appointment.

It wouldn't surprise me that Sheenious is coming back this board is capable of anything , what a joke I would have to say I'm embarrassed to be a Tigers supporter if this is true.Potter has done all the dirty work in getting rid off the deadwood including the most overrated player in Benchy and now his going.

IF they decide to sack him, seeing as how the boss loves social media, id encourage everyone to bombard him on twitter and via emai and tell him the club can stick their memberships

This season I was confident I could switch off to all the infighting, backroom dealing and power play BS that has dominated our little JV for the last few years but alas no.
The actions of the admin, board and players has sucked all of my enjoyment out of football this season and at times made me question my passion for the club.
