Funnily enough some much younger players learn to play the way the coach wants and seem to go onto better futures in the game...
Its not always the coaches fault sometimes he doesnt have much to work with...sound familiar...other coaches attempt to coach at this level but havent the complete ability to do so ...JT comes to mind..
Its a 2 way street,you either make it or you dont,its the results that impact players/coaches and therein lies the answer to players being dropped or coaches being sacked...
