I really like this team and looking forward to see quite a few newcomers being trialed in what remains of this years comp.
Our flanks continue to be of concern but am sure that Madge and his recruiters will address this in the off season.

I dare say it’ll be #1 on the list. We need a left winger, JAC is the dream signing, but there’s other good options like Ethan Parry, Herbie Farnworth, Nic Cotric and Jason Saab.

Swap Clarke from Musgrove. We need the mongrel.

i wonder if Clark bulked up as well during lockdown

who knows, he could be a impact

Robbie Farah spoke on the NRL teams... he was very surprised Corey was left out

in his own words he said

"i would have 17 thompsons week in week out"

*yes farah that is 1 way to get the wooden spoon*

Someone needs to do the old Tommy Roudonikis face slap before he goes on. He's big enough, just need to fire him up.

Interesting the correlation between the Knights game and changes .. if that was the case watching the knights destroy the flanks I would of thought that was where the changes should of been .
The honeymoons over for the coach so hopefully from this weekend the side will be motivated in Attack and Defence .. I find a few selections a bit odd but time will tell !

If we had 17 Corey Thompson's with heart every game he plays no way we get the spoon..

Wow, I am not seeing what Madge is seeing in Robert jennings

Maybe he has put on some speed and power during iso

Am I crazy or arent either the wingers or centres swapped sides based on the jersey numbers announced?

very excited to see our new spine and Seyfarth making his debut. looks as if Madge is looking to combat the new rules with that pack. Twal will kill it at 13.

Me either. He’s a powder puff out there. I haven’t seen him do anything that looks like threatening the opposition in all the time he has been here. Maybe Madge is thinking he’ll be better outside Mbye. Really?

Loving the fact that 5 local junior’s named to play this weekend...Luke Brooks (Balmain), Adam Doueihi (Balmain), Alex Seyfarth (Balmain), David Nofoaluma (wests),Chris Lawrence (West’s)...

I think it’s a strategic move by Madge to counter the size of the Sharks right edge. Wouldn’t surprise me to see our wingers rotatated weekly depending on the opposition.

Twal as lock could work in the new format.
He is the best 1-1 defender we have and has a good motor for a big man.

ET is a hole but is also a large penalty risk with new rules as he is often 2-3rd person on a tackle.

Backline is interesting. Thomo must not of impressed over Jennings.

Great to see Mbye back lets hope he gets a good run. Having him on the same side as Garner I like especially for inside balls.

I think we have a very mobile forward pack. Looks like we want to run with speed, hit and turn to get Grant/Brooks/Benji/Noffa some space
