Hoffman isn't eligible to play yet. Our only real option is Chee Kam and he's an awful defender. Mbye is a solid defender but doesn't offer much in attack - I know who I would choose.

Mbye is a good defender mate . If anything we just got better defensively , and sacrifice our attack. Put him next to Cini , and AD , and that’s a stronger defensive structure there .

Brooks covering for Joey with Garner on the inside , and Luci next to AD , Mbye covering for Cini.
I actually like it .
If it works , it might be hard for Roberts and and TalU to get a run in a few weeks

I'd rather see Packer play there.

Our centres rarely see the ball in attack, so what's the difference - he's good defensively.

I honestly don't get the hate for Mybe this year - I think he has made a positive difference when he has come off the bench. Made two one on one critical tackles that got us out of trouble last weekend. He deserves his selection.

No surprises. Blore will replace Seyfarth eventually.

I’m not so sure. Hope he or Amone replaces Seyfarth.

Madge does like the a 3 prop rotation though.

I think if Blore plays Garner misses out.

Amone would be better suited as Seyfarths replacement - more an impact punch runner player.

Having Blore, Amone and Musgrove on the extended bench shows we have some forward depth which we have never had really before especially in the front row. Now we have 3 backrowers, several props. Joe I think could solve the lock role if he has Brooks/Laurie /Lids/Simpkin running off his hip - he is real offload threat.

Unfortunately for the team it isn't true.

He was consistently one of the worst defenders all last year. Statistically he was a horror show. His "good defence" is a forum myth.

Gold Coast will run around him, through him and over him.

I think we'll get no complaints re this squad. Interesting to see Esan Masters in the extended team for Titans. I didn't even know he transferred there from Cows.

No , he had a huge knee issue which was causing him lots of grief , which was what the buzz slothfield garbage at the start of the year . His speed appears to be back , and more importantly he appears he can pivot , off his knee .

He may have been but his current form would suggest otherwise.

Rushes out of the line too often
Comes on, hit up later takes his time playing the ball.

He has skill and class but he isnt performing at half of what he is capable of.

I don’t mind MCK, no frills player but always competes.
You will never see him light the world on fire.
So yes, Mybe is a better player but effort wise he has been missing.
