All deserved a shot...Talau has been given 20 chances, no wonder people get frustrated. Last week Talau dropped a ball cold after good D by the team...cost a try. Then slaughtered a basic catch and pass try. 12 points.

And missed 5 tackles.

I mean, at least let Cini or Hoffman have a shot at the spot...**they can't be worse.**

Well they could be. Maybe they wouldn’t be and then again maybe they would. I do believe Cini deserves another chance though, to see if he can make up for his last game which was a shocker.

I don't think they could Mike...not long term. Talau has had so, so, so many chances and done nothing. Tons of absolutely zero IQ footy mistakes. Worst case is one of the state cup guys gets 'one' chance and blows it. But they at least deserve that chance.

So Pauga was sent out to defend the best player in the world {Turbo} and against a form side being Manly last week. I think we could all see what was going to happen there. Now he is dropped for a bloke that wasnt good enough last week to play centre {Mbye} but now he is good enough. So if ever there was a game to play a potential future centre surely this game would be it but no lets drop him like we did to Cini to really drop his confidence. I dont get this coach.

Realistically the selected team is the best we can field considering injuries and the depth we currently have, especially since any other possible options are young reserve grade players who have not been playing for some weeks now. While we are some small chance to make the 8, Madge had to go with who he has chosen. Really it's a matter of the players wanting it enough to put in 100% effort - if they do that we will win.
