They’ll follow Luai & Api, Benji just needs to create the learning environment and recruit some backrowers.
Dam right,Bunjie can sit back ,feet up on the desk ,blessing his cotton socks, if those 3 don't drive a winning culture , 4,we need Richo to stick around as long as possible, saw Richo in the media this week. Looking buffed since his toe got cut off

It’s a circular discussion but that player is part of the problem.

The best players don’t give up because of culture. They drive it. Not to say they won’t leave because there isn’t hope.
But nearly all players who come here give up. Good, bad, great, ok, average. Papali'i, Bateman, Stefano, and so many others who were great before they came here. It's the culture that needs to change

Agree. It’s extremely rare that a person voluntarily joins an organisation or group of any kind with a negative attitude. Defence forces conscription may be different? The negative attitudes are developed while in the group and by the organisation.

I think he will struggle. IMO He has a bunch of misfits and ex tigers 😝
Me to it feels like dragons are in the same position we have been in recently look at their team ins and outs most of the ins Holmes 30 this year, Cook 34 this year, Gutho 31 this year, Ilias has to stand up, how is those signings going to improve the team couple of seasons from now think its struggle street.

Your right R but Paps crap attitude before he even got here, Bateman hated the signing too small for the modern day 2nd rower and a hot head, Stef well losing just wore him down, surely now with the signing's from good systems should improve culture more voices than just Api yelling at training.

Start winning turns that around quickly.
If I understand what you’re saying..? players are negatively or positively affected by the scoreboard? That’s a pretty shallow view of what influences the motivational mindset of players, isn’t it?
Are we talking about under 7s or pro footy?
Don’t want to turn this into a chicken and egg thing, but don’t players need to be doing the necessary little things to influence the scoreboard in a positive way?

Yes agree but if you don't have enough talent in the side all of the building blocks you put in place to achieve the turnaround makes it more difficult to reach, I think the voices in the side we have now plus the points you have made we will start winning.

Yeah they were so bad that the Panthers and Storm went after them 🙄
