Whatever happens tomorrow just be thankful we don’t have to support the drag queens....some of their supporters have already lost faith in Griffin after getting thumped by souffs

Latrell Mitchell is worth a mention. Looks 10kg overweight but can still beat a man with minimal effort. Don’t like him much but got to admire his skill level


He needs to change his eating regime and training habits or he could easily become another Owen Craigie despite his talent

Did you know Greg Inglis was 110kg in the height of his best fullback years.

Despite what size you think Latrel should be he is a naturally big boy and would of spent his entire life learning how to still have balance and acceleration as a big body. With match fitness he will be fine. Not sure why people think he needs to look like David Peachy to be effective.

Hmmm , I don’t remember Greg resembling a bush a grade front rower though . Maybe during preseason , but not 2 weeks before round 1. I’m sure everyone is telling him the right things , it’s up to him now. At some point natural ability gets over taken by hard work , for every player . It’s harder to get out of bed , harder to get to that kick etc. Age , wear and tear , Fitness , all play a part.
Look I wish he was wearing our colours , but I think we are watching a guy who in 10 years people will ask what happened to his career. He will win stuff , sure , but he’s got immortal potential , and anything less than that is a bust . Especially because , he would have been the reason for it . Not injury, or bad team fit , or coach or anything like that . And it’s kind of sad to watch . Just like it was with Owen Craigie.

Totally agree, and Greg was lean early in his career and maintained his speed. LM is a diferrent body shape and not as smart.

The squad have been watching the first grade, making too many mistakes and easy turnovers. Having said that though, they are working better as a team, causing a lot of issues for the Wabbits. The Wabbits on the other hand seem to be full of individuals. Our no. 3 Center is a handful. Always looks dangerous when the ball comes out that way, carrying 2 or 3 defenders with him making post contact meters.

They've been pretty big on strengthening our 20's team. Lots of highly rated players in the squad at the moment, couple aus schoolboys and a couple standouts from rival clubs have all joined for the new season
